Hill View Property Assessments can offer an energy survey so that an Energy Performance Certificate can be created for inclusion in a Home Information Pack for when you sell or rent your property.

We can also offer an energy survey and EPC if you are keen to find out how you can reduce energy bills and help the environment. The Energy Saving Trust claim that if you were to implement the reccomendations stated on the EPC then you could save around £300 per year.

The EPC gives you reccomendations on the areas of your properties that could be improved for the benefit of energy efficiency and the environment. At the time of the survey we can offer advice on where you can obtain information about any applicable grants that your property could benefit from. and remember that grants are available per property not per person, so if you have received grants before and then moved house, your new property could well be entitled to grants as well.
