The Home Information Pack (HIP) is now required for the sale of all residential properties in England and Wales. There are 4 compulsory elements to a HIP which are as follows:

• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Sale Statement
• Standard Searches
• Evidence of Title

If you live in Herefordshire or Worcestershire the complete HIP can be ordered by contacting Hill View Property Assessments so that we can take some basic details about your property and arrange a convenient time for our Domestic Energy Assessor to visit your property and perform the Home Energy Survey.

Searches are then ordered and other paperwork completed in around 7-10 days.
